Using soft red winter wheat, instead of the usual rye, creates a one-of-a-kind, full-flavoured bourbon that’s easy to drink.
It’s aged to taste, not time. It usually takes between six to seven years for the whisky to be ready. A small price to pay for perfect Whiskey. A Whiskey that has a brilliantly rich amber colour, that has the distinctive aroma of caramel from charred oak with hints of vanilla and wheat. A Whiskey that teases a subtle sweetness on the palate before evolving to light and spicy flavours of butterscotch, vanilla and whispers of something fruity. A Whiskey that is smooth, short and warm through the finish, making it oh so easy to drink and even easier to enjoy.
