Bold flavours of smooth butter, this Chardonnay has a very unique flavour profile. It’s incredibly balanced, not too sweet or dry nor is it too soft or acidic, it’s just right. The fruity notes of melon and pear make themselves apparent on the palate before being washed away in this full bodied white wine. Ideal for pairing with vegetable rich dishes or pork.
