Bring. Me. Drink. are an online Drinks Retailer specialising in Beers, Wines, Spirits and Soft Drinks that aren’t always found on every street corner at great prices. Our Mission is to give outstanding customer service and continue to expand our product range to meet the demands of customers who are searching for something a bit different!
Our customer service team is available 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to respond to all messages received by 3 pm the same day. Don’t worry if you contact us outside of these times, we still received your message and we will get back to you as soon as we next available.
Unfortunately, we can’t take phone orders due to data protection. We take your security very seriously.
We try to make ordering online as easy as we can, but if you do have any issues, just get in touch!
A couple of things happen once your order is placed (we try to make it as fast as possible!):
- You will receive an email confirming your order details (if they aren’t right, let us know and we can do our best to sort them!)
- Your order gets sent to our warehouse team, who get to work picking, packing & readying your order for dispatch in our super strong & eco-friendly packaging. We’ll also let you know when we’ve finished packing your order.
- DPD collect your order from our warehouse and take it to be sorted.
- DPD will then contact you automatically to let you know when they expect to deliver your order. At this point you can also arrange a safe-place or a trusted neighbour to deliver your order to if you’re not in.
- A friendly DPD driver will deliver your order to your door so you can enjoy your drinks!
Yes! If you notice an error with your delivery address let us know as soon as you can so we can fix it for you. The faster you let us know, the more likely we are to correct it without causing unnecessary delays.
We love to celebrate as much as the next person! Keep your eyes peeled for offers and deals that might spring up across the website. If you don’t want to miss out on exclusive deals, make sure you’re following us on Social Media & subscribed to our newsletter.
Sadly, we don’t currently offer gift wrapping services. But, this is something we would love to offer soon so watch this space!

If you’re one of the lucky few to be in possession of a discount code for us, you can use this on the checkout page. Simply enter your code into the box on the let hand side of the screen (it’s near the bottom) and click apply!
Lucky for you, no! We are really proud of our super strong packaging (it’s also eco-friendly – made from recycled materials and still fully recyclable. Even the inner packaging!). It’s the only packaging our courier approve of to transport glass bottles, as it’s the only one to be tested for impact from every angle imaginable and pass the tests!
Whilst we can’t claim orders will never get broken, our breakage rate is very low (0.03%!). And if your order does break (it’s sad but it happens), we will send out a replacement or refund you as soon as we find out about it. No questions asked.
Our delivery takes 2 – 4 working days. This gives us time to pick and pack your order, which can take longer during busy periods, ready for our couriers to deliver it.
As soon as our couriers have collected your order, they will let you know when they expect to deliver your parcel. Please note that deliveries to the Highlands & Islands can take slightly longer.

Yes! Simply select Next Working Day Delivery at the checkout but please bear in mind your order must be placed before 4pm in order to get it the next working day.
We calculate our delivery charges on a per box basis. This cost means your products are delivered by the UK’s number one courier (and the one least likely to break your order).
Unfortunately, using the UK’s number 1 carrier for the weights of our product we can’t offer free delivery.
But that’s not to say it doesn’t happen! For special events we sometimes get a little frivolous and offer it for a very limited time!
We do have the ability to ship your order via a pallet distributor if your order is particularly large. Just contact our customer service team and they will help you arrange it.
Our warehouse isn’t set up to allow collections, so we can’t offer this kind of service.
We do everything we can to minimise mistakes, but they do happen. If you have received the wrong item by mistake, contact us by email as soon as you can. Please include your order number along with photos of the incorrect items.
We will then work with you find the best way of getting you the right products and arranging an exchange.
Incorrect items are also covered by the Consumer Rights Act.
If you think your order is running late, please let us know by filling in our contact form. Our customer service team will look into your order details to track it down and make sure everything as it should be.
Yes, you can. When placing your order just be sure to fill in the separate areas for billing address & shipping address accordingly.
We accept all major credit & debit cards through our super secure payment gateway Stripe. If you’d prefer, you can also pay via PayPal!
Absolutely. We take your data security very seriously. We are fully compliant with GDPR regulations, so much so that we never even see your payment details.
Every payment is processed using a 3D Secure System, which makes fraud virtually impossible.
If you need us to delete all of your personal data, just contact our friendly customer service team and they will sort it out for you.
Generally, our prices are already as good as they can be. We try to be highly competitive with the market, but if you want to try your luck we are happy to look at this on a case by case basis where the order volume is significant. Just get in touch with us to discuss your order.
Don’t worry! We have you covered with one-time stock notification emails. Simply go to the product page, enter your email and wait patiently. The minute it’s back you can place your order!

All orders are shipped out from our extensive warehouse in Nottingham. We are ideally situated for shipping to the whole of the UK because we are smack bang in the middle!
We all get a bit forgetful sometimes, that’s not to say you should lose the name of your favourite drinks!

Worry not, for although there might be a lot (it takes all that to keep your order safe!), it can all be broken down and recycled along with your household recycling. No waste necessary!
Alternatively, you could always keep it if you know somebody moving house!
