Who are you?

Bring Me Drink are an online Drinks Retailer specialising in Beers, Wines, Spirits and Soft Drinks that aren’t always found on every street corner at great prices. Our Mission is to give outstanding customer service and continue to expand our product range to meet the demands of customers who are searching for something a bit different!

How can I get in touch?

What are your operating hours?

Our standard opening hours for Customer Service are 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and we’ll respond to all messages received before 3 pm the same day.

Can I order by Phone?

We can’t accept phone orders due to data protection – it’s our priority to protect your payment information. If you are having issues placing an order, please contact us

I’ve placed an order – what next?

1. You will receive an email confirmation. This will be sent to the address you give us at checkout and should be with you within a couple of minutes. If you can’t find it – please check your junk/spam!
2. We’ll pick, pack and dispatch the order according to the timescales above
3. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve packed it and it’s ready to leave
4. For Courier orders, DPD will be in touch directly to give ETA’s of delivery and let you reschedule/give safe place instructions etc… directly

Can I change my delivery address?

If you contact us quickly this is usually possible – please send us a message on our form here with the required changes and we’ll do our best to resolve for you.

How can I find out about offers and events?

We never want you to miss out on one of our special offers or events. To make sure you’re always up-to-date with everything Bring. Me. Drink. make sure you sign up to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. You’ll never miss out on a deal again (you might also get the chance to win competitions and win free stuff!).

Do you offer gift options?

Currently, we don’t have the facilities to be able to offer gifting options. But we are hoping to change this in the future!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Currently, we don’t have a way to implement gift vouchers, but rest assured as we grow and develop our website it is something we will be looking to do soon!

How do I use my discount code?

If you’re one of the lucky people who have a discount code to use with us, simply enter this at the checkout. There is a box available on the bottom left of the order screen where you can enter any codes you may have.

How do you make sure my products won’t break?

Breakages are rare but sadly do occur. We’re obsessive about refining and improving our packaging standards, and we think we’ve tried and tested virtually every solution available. We currently use a packaging system for glass that has breakage rates of 0.03%. It’s the only packaging solution on the market that is tested by being dropped on its corners etc… and it’s the only one that DPD approve.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked our standard lead times can be found here: https://bringmedrink.co.uk/delivery-information/
Lead times vary depending on service selected and postcode. DPD/Royal Mail will contact you directly using Mobile Phone and/or email addresses provided with tracking details upon dispatch.

Do you offer timed/next day/weekend Services?

Currently, our standard service offered is 2-4 working days and we don’t offer any upgrades to this, however, it’s possible we will be able to offer these upgraded premium services soon.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Due to the costs of using premium couriers and the weights of our products, free delivery is not a service that we’re currently able to offer. We try and be as fair as possible regarding delivery costs and charge on a “per box” basis

How will my order be sent?

We offer delivery services from Royal Mail, DPD, and for really large orders, from Pallet Distributors. The delivery options and costs available depend on the weight of the Order and the Postcode being delivered to. Delivery options are selected at checkout.

Can I collect from you?

No. As an Online retailer, we’re not currently set up for Click and Collect.

What if I receive a wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team by e-mail ([email protected]) immediately, with Photos of the incorrect product(s) received together with your order number. Our Team will then work with you to identify the best way forwards. Incorrect items are also covered by the Consumer Rights Act.

I should have received my order by now but I haven’t’?

If your order is late, please let us know by emailing us and we will investigate this and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Can you deliver to a seperate address from the billing address?

Yes! Simply enter the final destination in the shipping address field at checkout.

What if I just change my mind?

We are able to accept returns in certain circumstances if you’ve changed your mind. View the full Returns Policy here.

How can I pay?

We can process all major credit/debit card providers via our websites payment platform Stripe. We also offer PayPal for a quick and easy checkout process.

How do I know my payment/order information is secure?

We operate payment systems and order procedures that comply strictly to GDPR regulations. We don’t even see your card details – these are held by our payment processing partner. We also insist on all card payments being processed using 3D secure systems – which means the chances of fraud are virtually zero. This means that occasionally those otherwise valid payments will fail if you are unable to verify a 3DS check.
If you ever need us to remove your personal data, we have a policy for that too – just send us a message and we can remove all your personal data from our system.

Can I get discount for Bulk/Trade Orders?

Generally, we’re not able to beat any of our prices published on our site as we try to be very competitive within the market, however, we’re happy to look at items on a case by case basis where the order volume is significant so please ask us about anything specific you’re looking for in bulk.

Can you let me know when something is back in stock?

Absolutely. We have a great “email when back in stock” feature on our website. If you can’t find the product page, drop us a message and we’ll subscribe you to the stock notifications list so you’ll know as soon as it’s back in stock

Where is my order shipped from?

All of our orders are dispatched from our extensive Nottingham warehouse. This means we are right in the centre of the UK and the perfect place to ship from, regardless of if you’re north, south, east or west.

How can I see my previous orders or manage my account?

Bought something you loved but now you can’t remember what it was called? Not to worry, simply login to your account and you’ll be able to manage all of your details like address, payment methods and previous orders.

Please note any changes made to the delivery address or payment options won’t affect any existing or processed orders.

How do I dispose of the packaging?

Getting rid of the boxes we send your order in is super easy and, fortunately for the planet, eco-friendly! All of our packaging is made from recycled material (even the inner packaging) and can be put into your home recycling bin! No waste necessary.
