Pumpkin Punch
A devilishly delicious tropical punch that looks great served in a pumpkin bowl – the perfect Halloween decoration for your party table.

Ingredients
- 1 Pumpkin
- 400ml Coconut Rum
- 200ml Pomegranate Juice
- 200ml Orange juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- 400ml Ginger Ale
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 sliced oranges
- Ice to serve
Method
Using a sharp knife carefully carve the top of the pumpkin off to create a large opening for your ‘pumpkin bowl’. Use a large metal spoon to scoop out all the pumpkin seeds and form the inside of the bowl. Be careful to ensure that a thick layer is left on the edges of the pumpkin to keep the wall intact. To make the cocktail you must mix the rum and fruit juices, then add the ginger ale and mix gently in a large jug. Fill the pumpkin with ice and pour in the cocktail. Add the pomegranate seeds and sliced oranges when serving.

Dead Man’s Sangria
A quick and easy to make Halloween cocktail that tastes delicious and will be enjoyed by all. The addition of the dead hand adds to the spooky feel.

Ingredients
- 1 Bottle of Red Wine
- 300ml Orange Juice
- 300ml Lemonade
- Mint Sprigs
- Chopped Grapes
- Sliced Oranges
- 1 Rubber Glove
Method
The first thing you need to do is to fill your rubber glove with water and place in the freezer. Once frozen, this will be the dead man’s hand found in your Dead Man’s Sangria punch bowl. Slowly pour the red wine, smooth orange juice and lemonade together. Mix in your orange slices, chopped grapes and springs of mint to taste. This punch looks brilliant served in a witch’s cauldron with the dead man’s hand (frozen rubber glove) floating on top and a ladle to serve.
Vampire's Kiss Martini
A spooky looking cocktail that looks incredible and tastes even better. Reasonably simple to make and very instagrammable.

Ingredients
- Red Food Colouring
- Corn Syrup
- 1oz Vodka
- 3oz Black Cherry Juice
- 0.5oz Orange Liqueur
- Black Cherry to Garnish
Method
Mix a few drops of red food colouring with corn syrup in a plate or shallow dish. Turn your martini glass upside down to put the ‘blood’ around the rim of the glass. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Then add vodka, cherry juice and orange liqueur and shake. Pour the cocktail into your blood rimmed martini glass and garnish with a simple black cherry.
