How To Make It
Grab your Mini Eggs and smash them up, you can either use a pestle & mortar or a rolling pin and a sandwich bag. Just remember to leave a small gap for air to escape during your smashing!
Tip the destroyed mini eggs onto a plate before brushing the edge of your martini glass with the honey. Dip the now sticky rim of the glass into the mini eggs and ensure it’s evenly coated. Pop the glass in the fridge to chill until you need it later.
Into a cocktail shaker, add the crème de cacao, Baileys & vodka. Throw in your ice and shake until you feel the cold through the outside of the shaker. Strain the mixture into your pre-prepared glass and serve!
For a slightly different twist, why not try a different Baileys or a flavoured vodka?
