Let Christmas Be-Gin
This classic winter cocktail is perfect to start your Christmas celebrations plus it’s incredibly easy to make!
You Will Need:
- 25ml of your favourite Gin
- 25ml Cranberry Juice
- 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
- Soda Water or Lemondae
- A few fresh cranberries
Instructions:
- Combine the Gin & Juices together in a tall glass.
- Add ice and give it all a quick stir to combine the flavours.
- Top the glass off with lemonade or soda water.
- Garnish with a few fresh cranberries to add a festive look & enjoy!

Orange Winter Russian
This creamy cocktail is bursting with Christmas flavour. If you prefer a more savoury cocktail then you need a Winter Russian!
You Will Need:
- 25ml of your Favourite Gin
- 12ml of Coffee Liqueur
- 15ml of Triple Sec
- 50ml of Cream
- 1 Fresh Orange
Instructions:
- Take a small tumbler glass and fill it with a handful of ice cubes. For this cocktail, the bigger the ice cubes the better it is!
- Introduce the gin, coffee liqueur & triple sec into the glass and give it a quick stir.
- Add the cream and stir again to combine everything.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and sip away!

Gingerbread Espresso Martini
Christmas isn’t the same without gingerbread. Combine that with a classic espresso martini and you have a wonderfully spiced cocktail to carry you through the cold winter.
You Will Need:
- 25ml of your Favourite Gin
- 15ml of Gingerbread Syrup
- 10ml of Coffee Liqueur
- 5ml of Simple Syrup or a teaspoon of Honey
- 35ml of Double Cream
- 25ml Cold Espresso
- Chocolate Shavings
- Shavings of your favoruite spice (We recommend nutmeg, cinnamon or ginger)
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the gin, liqueurs, simple syrup/honey & cold espresso and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a martini glass, ensuring no ice leaves the shaker.
- Gently pour the double cream over the back of the spoon into the cocktail so that the cream floats on top.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and your favourite spices to create your own unique flavour.

Mulled Sloe Gin And Apple
We couldn’t share fabulously festive gin cocktails without mentioning a mulled cocktail, so here it is. The Mulled Sloe Gin and Apple cocktail.
You Will Need:
- 50ml of Sloe Gin
- 150ml Apple Juice
- 50-100ml of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (or to taste)
- 1tsp of Cranberry Jelly
- 1 Stick of Cinnamon
- A selection of spice to garnish (we recommend either cloves, cinnamon, star anise or fresh cranberries
Instructions:
- In a pan, gently heat the juices, jelly & spices – stirring occasionally.
- Once the jelly has dissolved, this should take a few minutes, remove from the heat.
- Strain into your preferred glass (careful as it will be hot!) and top up with your chosen sloe gin.
- Garnish with your choice of spices or berries & enjoy your perfect mulled gin cocktail.
